Standards

How our coaches are vetted

Background-checked, every two years

Every coach on staff passes a national background check, repeated every twenty-four months without exception. Records are available on request.

SafeSport & first-aid certified

All coaches hold current SafeSport and CPR/first-aid certifications. We post recertification dates inside the gym.

Open-gym policy for parents

Any parent may sit in on any session at any time. There is no closed-door training at Give & Go Labs.

Continuing education

Every coach completes at least twenty hours of CE per year — clinics, conferences, or college-program visits.

Meet the coaches in person

Tours run Monday through Thursday from 3:00 to 6:00 PM. Walk in, watch a session, and talk to whichever coach is on the floor.
