These Terms of Service govern your use of giveandgolabs.com and the in-person services provided by Give & Go Labs LLC. By using our website or enrolling an athlete in our programs, you agree to these terms.
Enrollment is offered on a month-to-month basis unless otherwise stated. Program rosters are capped; placement is confirmed by email once payment is processed.
Monthly fees are charged on the first of each month. Cancellations require seven days' written notice and take effect at the end of the current billing month. Refunds for unused sessions are issued at our discretion in cases of injury or relocation.
Basketball training carries inherent risks of physical injury. Parents and guardians acknowledge these risks at the time of enrollment. A separate waiver is signed for each athlete before their first session.
Athletes, parents, and visitors are expected to treat coaches, staff, and other families with respect. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate enrollment for behavior that disrupts a safe, focused training environment.
We occasionally photograph or record sessions for instructional or marketing purposes. Families may opt out in writing at any time and we will exclude that athlete from any future media.
The content on giveandgolabs.com — text, images, logos — is owned by Give & Go Labs LLC. You may not republish or distribute it without our written permission. You agree not to use the website for any unlawful purpose or to attempt to disrupt its operation.
Information on this website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Training results vary by athlete; we make no guarantees about playing time, recruiting outcomes, or athletic performance.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ingham County, Michigan.
