Four tracks built around real basketball calendars โ€” pick the one that fits your athlete's age, season, and goals.

F

Foundations ยท Ages 8โ€“11

$180 / month. Two 60-minute sessions per week, small cohorts of four to six. Focus on body control, healthy shooting form from the start, and a love for competition that doesn't turn into pressure.

Includes: baseline assessment, movement screen, monthly progress report, end-of-season family meeting.

Development ยท Ages 12โ€“14

$240 / month. Three 75-minute sessions per week. Position-specific skill blocks for guards, wings, and bigs. Middle-school season prep with film review and game-day routines.

Includes: 12-week written plan, shooting metrics dashboard, parent walkthrough every six weeks.

E

High-School Elite

$320 / month. Four weekly sessions across skill, strength, and film. Programming adjusts between pre-season, in-season, and off-season. Includes a college-prep block for juniors and seniors.

Includes: highlight cut-up, college outreach guidance, summer combine prep.

Private Training

$75 / hour. One-on-one with a lead coach. Best for athletes returning from injury, preparing for a specific tryout, or supplementing their school team. Pay-as-you-go, no contracts.

Includes: session-by-session notes shared with the family within 24 hours.

What a Development athlete actually does

M

Monday โ€” Skill block

Footwork, ball-handling under pressure, finishing through contact. 25 minutes of warmup, 40 minutes of skill, 10 minutes of competitive reads.

W

Wednesday โ€” Shooting lab

Mechanics work in the shooting bay with instant feedback on release time and arc. Builds into game-speed catch-and-shoot reps.

F

Friday โ€” Live play

3-on-3 and 4-on-4 with constraint-based scoring. Coaches stop play to teach reads, then let athletes solve them in real time.

S

Saturday โ€” Strength & mobility

Optional 45-minute lift and mobility session. Programmed for growing athletes โ€” no max-effort lifts, lots of unilateral work.

Game-film review

$40 per session. Send us your game tape; we send back a ten-minute breakdown with timestamps and three things to work on this week.

Tryout prep package

$220 flat. Four targeted sessions in the two weeks before middle-school or high-school tryouts. Conditioning, confidence, presentation.

S

Summer skills camp

$295 per week. Half-day camps in June and July. Mornings on the court, lunch on us, afternoons in the strength room.
